Hello,

I recently imported a Nissan Elgrand from Hong Kong and lost the HK logbook. DVLA said I require a dating letter of the car to progress the application. I contacted Nissan UK, who told me to get Nissan Japan which I did, and as expected, Japan said they do not offer this service. 

I would appreciate it if anyone could help me as I am in limbo, and the car is just sitting there.
